Pro-Tech performed all asbestos abatement which included majority of roofing, windows, thousands of feet of piping, floor tile, mastic, and a three-story boiler covered in Mag insulation. After abatement, Pro-Tech demolished the structures amounting to over 300k square feet. Pro-Tech also worked hand in hand with Controlled Demolition Inc to implode the 230 foot chimney stack. This chimney was tipped right into the existing boiler room basement that was filled with water to mitigate dust. It also fell towards the existing pile of concrete to be crushed to eliminate moving debris. After the building and chimney were down, Pro-Tech crushed nearly 35,000 tons of concrete to be sold back and reused by others.
